05 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
These legal notices and all matters relating to EzlaScan Technologies FZE are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws and regulations of the Dubai Internet City Free Zone and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai as applicable.
Any disputes arising in connection with EzlaScan, its services, or these notices shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or such other courts as EzlaScan may designate at its sole discretion.
Where EzlaScan files enforcement actions or coordinates takedown processes internationally, the applicable jurisdiction for those actions shall be the relevant local jurisdiction (e.g., DMCA under U.S. law, DSA/DSM under EU law).
